Anti-boredom LOG activity sheets

I hereby decree this, the summer of logs! I’m on a mission to get every kid excited about logs and all the cool living things that live on, around, under, and in them. It’s June and still raining here, but as soon as it stops, we’re heading up to the mountains to camp and hug ALL the logs.

The kind and talented people at Ten Speed Press helped me put this activity sheet packet together. Print it out before your next camping trip or use it to supplement your class or camp unit on forest ecology or life cycles. Inside you’ll find pages to color and craft, a maze, word search, a fun fact sheet about the life cycle of a log, and even an SEL activity.
